It was great to hear from you. I am fine. Snow White is
good but the last time I saw her she was all green from
rolling. 8-(
Today if it is warm I want to give her a bath.
I will give Snow White a kiss right behind her ear. Anna
promised to give Acorn a hug tonight.
Sometimes I ride bareback, but I always ride with a helmet
even if I am just in the pasture fooling around.
Ginger was a chestnut Welsh schooling pony. She was harder
to ride than Snow White because so many different kids
had taken lessons on her. She liked to slow down and you
had to keep reminding her to go.

Lulu, Glad your dad's doing good. No offense, but cooked
rat sounds gross. I can't imagine what your grandmother
would say about rat stew. How's Snow White doing?

When my grandma heard about the cooked rat story from
her friends she laughed and laughed! She wasn't mad
at all.
She told me my dad used to bring home lots of things
he wanted her to cook and sometimes she used to do it.
She said she really likes "burgoo" -- that's
a stew made out of wild animals.
Then she said I'd have to catch the squirrels and rabbits
for the stew if I wanted to try it. I don't think we're
having that any time soon! :-P
