Dear Pony Pals

This week a new pal pinged our pundits with a puzzler: Where are all the people on this site?  

Pony Pal Keely put up a pundit post: on our forum -- but not enough Pals use it yet.  

When new pals sign in and want to get in touch with other members, the first thing to do is fill in the white box that says "What I want other Pony Pals to know."  

What you write can be as short or long as you wish.

Remember, all "About me" writings, all messages of any kind on our site are reviewed by a live adult before anything displays. Our site is fully moderated, so it takes a little while to display what you have entered about yourself.  

While you are waiting for your description to appear, click on the green triangle next to "See who wants pals." You will go to a "Pony Pals Please page" Everyone who has signed in during the last 24 hours is listed there by user name and pony.

When you click on a member's username, you will be taken to their public page. If they have filled in their "about me" section, then you can read about them. If they sound like they could be a good pal, use the "send me a gift" button to send a present and a pal request at the same time.

On every Pal's page, in their brown-edged "Pony Pal Player Profile" box, there is a green "My Pals" line. If you click on it, you will be taken to their pals list. Usually every pal listed there will have filled in their "About me" box. If you like what you read, you can send them a gift. If they accept, you are pals with them!  It's that easy.

You can go from pal to pal to pal, almost endlessly. When you read a member's description that sounds like they would be a good pal, then send them gift.

Members always have the option to not accept your card or pal invitation.

All members can choose to click their page's "no, thanks" choice on the "I want pals" box. Then their username does not appear on our "Pals, Please Page."
