Dear Anna, Did ya'll have a good Thanksgiving? We did. How was your sleepover? An Oyster Roast is where people get together to eat Oysters and other kinds of food. Oyster Roasts are popular in the South. Glad you have Acorn to. It rained where I live over the weekend. That's good. We used to use fire wood until we got Gas Logs in 2004 after Dad got burned on my Birthday during the Ice Storm. It's a long story. What's Turkey Hash? Please answer my questions. Thanksgiving was nice. Mom and I went to the Diner real early.  We cooked six big turkeys. With stuffing. And green bean casseroles.  Dad went to cut wood. Mom opened at noon. Lots of people came to eat. It was fun helping. Pam and Lulu came by with Acorn. They even saddled him for me. Then Lulu and Pam and I went for a short ride. It gets dark early. Turkey hash is turkey and leftovers. They are mixed and fried. It is good for lunch. The sleepover was great. I like to hear the ponies at night.

I am glad lessons are fun. I ride Acorn in an English saddle. Do you like your tutor? Does she have special games to help you learn? Do you wear the blue glasses too? My tutor is good. Thanks for your email. We had a great sleepover last Friday at Crandal's barn. We slept up in Pam's game loft. It was cold outside but up in the loft above the ponies we were warm. Wow. 29 books! I love to get emails. I answer them here. Sometimes I wish I had a big family. Lulu and Pam are sort of like a family. I like Shetland ponies. When Tommy Rand was little he had Acorn. That's why I think part of him is still good. Did you adopt an online Shetland pony? They are free. Do you draw? It is easy for me. I have a tutor to help me learn. That's how I kept Acorn. I gave Acorn a kiss right behind his ear and he snorted. I think he liked it. He told me to ask if you had another carrot. ;-)

I am good. Thanks for writing. Why is Felix weird? My tutor knows some ASL. Do you? It is cool. If you and a friend learn it you can sign each other across class. Nobody will hear anything. It is like a secret code. What is it like where you are? Are there ponies? In Acorn's cat Shadow still lives in his shelter. He curls up in the hay sometimes to stay warm. My mom is allergic to cats, they make her sneeze.

An igloo? Wow! That really sounds like fun. Did you need grownups? Can you have sleepovers in it? The Mount Morris Ranger showed us how to make a snow cave. It is for emergencies. We usually are on ponies in the winter. They know where home is. I am glad. How are your holiday plans?
