That very morning when I woke up from bed, the first thing I heard was some noises down stair. I heard my mum saying something bad so I run down as quickly as I can to figure out what was going on. “Is Holly going to be alright or is she …”my mum said when I interrupted her. “What’s wrong with Holly?”I asked quietly. Holly is my pony and my name is Quinn. My mum and dad own a farm .Since I was seven I loved ponies so my parents got me a pony named Holly.”  “Quinn, Holly is very sick and we think she might not make it. Mum said it to me as calmly as she could. “Why Holly?” I screamed with a hopeless mind. I run away into the barn to see Holly. She was lying on a big tub of hay with her eyes closed. I stroked her white fur gently. When my best friend came running towards me from her town. Her name is Mist and she lives in Willard Junction, it wasn’t far away from Keddle Barn Road .I guess she heard the shocking news too. “Quinn, are you alright I know this must be hard for you but think positive and hope that Holly will be alright.”Mist whispered in to my ears. “I can’t hope now, it may be too late that’s what Mr. Simms said and it’s always right when he said it.” I exclaimed when tears were dropping from my eye. “It’s alright, he just said that she may not make.” Mist said looking straight into my blue eyes. Mr. Simms is our town “I hope you are right, we just have to wait and see.” I said standing up and running towards the house. “I just hope.” I repeated the sentence over and over while I was running.  The next morning I heard great news. I heard Mr. Simms saying that holly will survive but still need medicine. I run downstairs and to the barn I saw Holly standing up and eating a carrot.  I went on her back to freshen the day up. After our ride I gave her medicine and said “I promise I will take good care of you and you will be never sick again.”I whispered in to her warm white ears. Then I went out in to the sunset with Holly.
