The Princess, The Prince, And The Magic Pony by PonyPalRose
Once, in a beautiful castle, there lived an (even more beautiful) princess. But the princess was lonely. She really, really really, really, really, really wanted a pony. Her parents, the king and queen, had lots of horses but not one single pony. And even of all those horses none of them were hers. You see, the princess had never really met her parents. As soon as she had been born, she had been taken away from her mother and father. Then she had been taken to the nursery, where she had never dared even peek out because she was afraid one of her parents would catch her and she would be punished.
One day, when she was walking in the woods, she met a very handsome prince about her age. He told her he was looking for the magic pony that lived in these woods because he was lost. All of a sudden, the princess realized that she had walked so far from home that she was lost too! But then she remembered something she had read in a book once. The book had been about a magic pony and girl that was lost in the woods and had met a handsome prince.
She also remembered a call that the girl and prince had chanted together to call the macic pony saying, "Magic pony come please, for we are lost in the woods. Magic pony come please, and bring us back home."
She told the prince about this and he said that he had read that book too! He also said that he remembered that at the end of the book it had said, "This might happen to you too someday so remember the magic chant..."
Together they chanted the magic chant and all of a sudden, the pony of their dreams appeared, sparkling with dewdrops and treesap. It crouched down so that they could climb on. Where it took them though, was not either of their homes. The place where it took them was a large castle made of jewels.
The pony said "This is where I live. If you would like to live with me, you may. If you would like to go home, I will take you there."
The prince and princess looked at each other and said, in unison, "Yes, we will live with you forever."
