Eliza and Moon

Age: 14The day was bright and sunny on that spring day. I was sitting on a bleacher watching a girl ride her horse and, wanting for my turn. Moon Star and I were ready. We had practice every day for this moment. So, I was watching the girl thinking " She'll barely make the next double at that speed!" I watched her take the jump but, dreadfully for her I was right. "Dakota Stuart take 4 faults and, next were have Elizabeth Rose on Moon Star!" I could feel my heart beat faster than a galloping horse as I rushed to Moon Star's tie stall. I leaded her to the warm-up area. walked for 3 large circles and rode 3 small circles at a trot.
When I knew that she was ready I walked her to the big show arena. "There they are folks! Let's hope that they'll have better luck than the last two!" I looked at where my 'Fan Club' sat. Their huge sign made me laugh. It read: 'You're the best pair here!!' I nodded to the judge. He smiled and nodded back. Signal for Moon to trot, I rose and fall with her movin' in rhythm. I told her to canter and she did. I leaded her to the first jump and, we sail over it with ease. That how the whole round was like. At the end, Moon lifted her head like the show-off she is.
