REMEMBERING CHICO
Happy Remembrance day. I was @ the celebration at my city. There was the 2 minutes of silence to remember the soldiers that died. There was also a parade. Scottish bagpipes, bands, Girl & Boy Scouts, and Girl Guides. Cadets in uniform, and much more. The highlight of my day was when Mom said we could go say 'hi' to the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) horses. I liked a beautiful black Arabian (rare), but my favorite horse was Chico. Chico was a blood-bay (light bay) mare who had spunk. The other horses just stood there (That's OK), but Chico was happy to be petted. I even kissed her nose!!! :D Chico would toss her head around and whinny! She was so beautiful! I will always remember Chico, my lovely girl.
