Annie

I was walking down the street. It was fall so all the leaves where blowing off the tree. I thought about how lucky I was that I was going to see my horse, Annie. Annie was a Arabian Horse. A wonder full one too. She was 15.2 HH. I turned at the sign Willow Springs Stable. I saw all the pastures when I finally came to Annies.
She came up and nudged me. Her face said are you going to ride me today?
"I will be right back. I will grab your tack.
I ran to the tack room coming back holding every thing. I was known as a strong girl. I quickly tacked up. Then I swung my self up in the saddle and asked for her to walk on. She did as I said. I wormed her up at a nice walk. Then a trot. I loved the way Annie trotted. It was smooth. I took her for a break then asked gently for a canter. She went into a wonderful canter. Finally I turned her into a jump. It was about a foot high and the paint was piling off. She popped over the jump. I took her a couple more times. Finally I cooled her off.
We walked around the I got off. We went back to the barn where I untacked her. I put the tack away then I made her grain. I mixed carrots in with it. When I was walking back to her, I saw she had her ears pricked. I laughed. This was her favorite part. I set it down and gave her a pat then watched her gobble it down.
After that I said, "Your the best thing I could ask for."
As I walked back home I thought how lucky I was to have her.
