The Wild Buckskin Mare

Around the ring the Wild Buckskin Mare pranced,
The wind on her coat made her long black mane dance,
The fire in her eyes and her proud long stride,
Made my stomach twist somewhere deep down in side,
She sped round her enclosure with all her might,
As she neared me her stride faltered as she prepared to bite,
But before she reached me she changed her mind,
And galloped to the side of her pen leaving me far behind,
When she reached the side of her pen she galloped round Her enclosure again and again,
Then she headed across the pen in a flash,
And jumped over the fence never once looking back.
